    Thats what makes state champ teams like PNG and a few others with just straight up homegrown kids so amazing. Very few teams win it all without transfers or "Open enrollment" campuses.

    I do understand there are exceptions, and I'm sure now a days you can find an exception to every case. You can easily bypass this rule by signing a PAPF. Its all shady.
