I know that revisions have been made to the bond. That's understandable; prices and estimates change and sometimes you have to cut stuff. But it sounds like (based on some of the posts on this site) the administration has cut out some pretty big pieces. Now, as a student, I'm not kept up to date on all of the issues. I try to research it when I can, but I'm busy and can't always devote huge amounts of time to researching issues such as these. I know many people have the same problem.
